Antonio's Mexican Restaurant

From it's humble beginnings in a small North Austin home to its newest locations throughout Austin, Texas, Antonio's has
always welcomed guest with our delicious Tex-Mex cuisine and friendly service. Antonio's is known as a great place where friends, family, colleagues, and students can meet for a great meal at a fiar price.

The original Antonio's opened in 1972 just off Lamar and Braker Lane, in a tiny house where customers ordered their favorite Tex-Mex dishes through a window on horseback.

Two devastating fires, the Texas economic bust, as well as the current recession cannot and will not stop Antonio's from
expanding thanks to perseverance, loyal customers, and "the best Mexican food north of the border."

As the Austin area grew so did the demand for our famous fare. In 1983, after the fire, Antonio's relocated to the Wells Branch area. Antonio's then opened its Jollyville location in 1995, and in 1998 the original location moved from the Wells Branch area to its present home in Round Rock. The Central Austin location at IH 35 and US 183 opened in 2000, and the best as they say, is yet to come.

Texas football greats, politicians, rock stars, and others from all walks of life have enjoyed our delicious Tex Mex cuisine. Food is prepared by hand every morning with the freshest ingredients and heirloom family recipes. Antonio's
